Waikuku Beach Surf Lifesaving Club
If you have bored with Sumner and New Brighten beach then you can go this beach. Around 40 km from Christchurch. Peaceful and less crowded. You would like this place. There is a lifesaving club so you can play surf sports at minimal prices. First when I reached there I thought its a private beach. Not too much crowded and peaceful. I enjoyed my new year there. Planty of parking available. Guys go and explore this new beach if you haven't.

Maranui Surf Life Saving Club
This is my absolute favourite cafe to have brunch at when visiting Wellington! The food is so delicious and very generous. Lovely bustling, yet relaxed, atmosphere and a beautiful view of the water - if you’re lunch you might get to see dolphins.
