All started as a great experience..From on-site chat about options, guiding decisions, quoting, finance, coms during waiting time, etc.Unfortunately the installation team did not arrive with all material on the installation date. Material arriving late is a reality for all, and a next installation date was booked. Again the installation team ran into issues and ended up not finishing the job.Final work now performed and signed off.Positives:PricingFriendly installation teamsFinance options available, making the deal a breezeNegatives:Longer than anticipated waiting times and not the most effective communication.

Mark and his team of builders were great to deal with and very professional. We had a tricky area to build a deck on they did a fantastic job, very happy with the workmanship too. We also got the team to build our fence and again very pleased with the out come. I will be using them for more projects later on and will be recommending as well.

Mo completed a complete renovation of a recently purchased rental property. This included painting inside and out, new kitchen, new bathroom, and a new roof. As I was out of town, Mo managed the complete job himself. Communication with Mo was fantastic. The job was completed to a high standard, to budget, and within the estimated time frame (less than 6 weeks!) The house now looks great. An excellent result.

We have had a 5 x 4m Pergovue pergola installed by Pergola NZ. The turn around time to install (considering initial lead time estimates) exceeded expectations. It looks great and works great, a perfect addition to our house. Thank you Marc and the team for such a good job.

Todd did fairly extensive additions and renovations to our 1960s house - extended a bedroom & added en-suite, added an extra room (perfectly matched to existing), lots of decking, gazebo and more. We bought a 3m x 4m freestanding louvre roofed pergola in white. We are delighted with the quality and finish of the structure and with its ease of assembly. Installation took just over a day with all parts being of a high quality and an excellent fit. Everything went together exactly as it should and the finished product looks amazing!
