Great service. I don't have wide/high enough access for standard skip bin delivery and this was ideal. Located in Drury so handy. Will definitely use again, thank you.

Convoluted booking process which still failed on their end. Book through website, make payment through another site, then email to confirm payment has been made. Did all this on the Tuesday for Saturday delivery. Silverfox Bins ignored a text from me on Friday asking for delivery details. Followed up 8am, Sat. Silverfox Bins acknowledged he had received my text the previous day, but didn’t know anything about my booking. I provided the confirmation number generated by them and he said he’d call me back. He mentioned they don’t even deliver on a Sat so probably nothing he could do for the weekend. Told him he shouldn’t let people book and pay for Sat if they don’t deliver. Silence. Sent a text at 10am saying if he couldn’t do today to rebook for next weekend but to let me know so I can reorganise the cleaning crew. No response. Left a message at lunchtime saying as I hadn’t heard from them and still no bin, just arrange refund. No response. By Monday afternoon I still hadn’t heard back so once again (the customer) was left to follow up. At least when escalated, they were able to find that we had indeed made the payment ($315) the previous week which they’d always claimed we hadn’t paid.Referred from a landscaper who is about to start doing work at our property and investment properties. Have shared my frustration with dealing with Silverfox and suggested he quit referring them as they were not nearly as easy to deal with as he claimed. The owner is fine, but Graham truly is the gold standard of what-not-to-do in a customer facing role.

We've used Westie Bins for the duration of our renovation's, maybe 5 or 6 bins now. Amanda and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Our bins are always super quick to arrive and often at late notice and the prices are very reasonable.I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

A good price, but the service was poor.We ordered the skip for three days. They delivered it at around 5pm on the first day. We almost finished filling it on the second day. We only had a couple of hours work left, so I called them on day two to make sure they didn't pick it up first thing in the morning. They said they couldn't guarantee the time they would pick it up but that they would do it in the afternoon. That was fine as I only needed an hour or two in the morning.When I went outside next morning at 9am the bin was gone!!!!! This was despite me specifically calling to make sure it didn't happen and the assurances I was given.What was worse was when I called to explain and ask for my bin back, I just got a NO and referred to their policy that they can't guarantee a pick up time. I didn't need them to guarantee a pick up time, I just needed to pick the bin up in the afternoon like they said they would!Poor service Waste Management.

Have used Junk Trackers twice now and both times have been amazing and efficient. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again in the future! Thanks so much guys!

Steve @ Odd Job, chopped down a tree for me at my house. He was extremely accommodating, and turned up very soon after I had put the request in.He tidied up everything beautifully and was vey aware of the environment and the changes it would make to it. A true greenie. Great work thanks Steve.

Had high expectations before dealing with Kiwi Skips and my expectations were exceeded. I was so impressed with their excellent communication and I loved my experience of 'taking out the trash' due to our home renovations.
