Auto upholsterer

Quite upset with their ( seat cover )service they have been provided with my recent visit. Very Unprofessional. Not providing the outcome what I paid for. The workman ship is not up to the mark. I inform them time to time while they putting the seat cover such as this is not good, you miss this and that etc etc and half of the work they have used my help to put the seat cover on.The finishing of the seat covers are not up to the mark, they cut the leather with a roughly big cuts instead of small cuts or tidy big cuts and so on things.Also quite expensive as compare to other competitors.Most importantly they don’t know how to talk to the customer, moreover if you inform and show them their mistakes then they start arguing with you instead to rectify the issue and try to over-smart and hide their unprofessional work.

Such great service getting the car door panel fabric redone. Amazingly quick job. Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be going to Grants with any future upholstery jobs.

We had a wheelchair lift installed on a Hiace Van with some other modifications at the same time. We were very happy with the quality and finishing of the work. Neil and Mark were great to deal with throughout the whole process. They even picked us up from the airport! Great work guys... Excellent job.

Can't find many places anywhere in Auckland with much better service!

Fantastic furniture made locally by great craft men.

Went in to get a quote for my torn leather seat. They gave a very competitive price, decided to go with them because of their customer service. They fixed it to a high standard and you can’t even tell it was reupholster. Would recommend

These guys pulled out all the stops to get our boat squabs covered in time for the Easter holidays. They are very knowledgeable about marine upholstery and gave us some great advice on what products would work best for our needs. The craftsmanship is excellent and we''ll be getting them to do some furniture next!

Great work for a good price.

Had the roof lining in my SUV replaced yesterday. Jay did an amazing job all at a great price and he gave outstanding customer service!! Absolutely recommend his services and will always use him should I need any further upholstery needs!
