八周年生日快乐!Good teachers, good value for money with convenient times for those that work full time, been taking classes for several years and my Mandarin Chinese has improved immensely during my time here. Couldn’t ask for a better learning environment.

Well, time flies when you are staying with friends, even though I'm probably the student who studied here for the longest time. I'm very proud of the fact that I got the ILETS score which I needed, Thanks to the support form the staff in KEA. Since I came and studied here, not only the my English skills but also my social skills had improved a lot. And I'm also very happy to be able to know so many new friends from all over the world, let me learn and know about different cultures and interesting things. The period of time in KEA will be the experience that I will never forget .

I found the organisation of my lessons shambolic, with poor attention to communication, which was stressful for me. Having said that, when my lessons finally started, the teacher was very good. I wasn't part of a class - I took private lessons. I think if you wanted to be part of a class you will find the organisation is better.

Amazing service! As soon as I contact her she is always ready to reply with the info and she does the translations the same day!She saved me several times when I had to rush to get a translation!She also speaks Italian (of course), so It was very easy for me telling her what I needed.

Booked and paid for course, did not hear back / receive confirmation, I called and was told that I hadn't received anything as the website was being upgraded, but to email them and they would confirm, although I was told they don't always check the emails! I followed the advice I was given, and still nothing. So I called again and was told the course was not going ahead, and to email again and I would be refunded when the boss gets back from holiday, and apologies for not having done this already. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant, but clearly this is not a professional or reputable organisation. Feel really let down, and have no confidence that I will get my $150 back, so then willl have to go down the legal small claims tribunal path to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Feel totally scammed.

Julie was so kind to volunteer her evening to teach our guides unit our Guide Promise and Taps song as well as our names using fingerspelling. The girls are 9-12 and Julie kept them engaged, she was so kind and tentative to questions the girls had. It was fantastic to learn more about deaf culture. We were very grateful Julie came to visit and I would recommend others reach out to her for help in learning more about sign language and deaf culture.
