Had a warning light come up on my Lexus and rung Lexus Tauranga to book a time to get checked. They were very professional and communication was excellent. Organized a loan car and everything was taken care of in the time frame given and car was returned washed, vacuumed and ready to go excellent service

As a first time customer, I was prepared for a next level of service. Sadly I was disappointed. First, I had to return the next day because you forgot to reset the service needed message. If that was all that happened, it wouldn't have been the end of the world. But no. Next you failed to send me a quote for the brake work needed as promised , so I got that done elsewhere. To top it off, you showed your indifference by ignoring my email sent 2 weeks ago. Experience amazing' your invoice said... average at best"

Love my new car. Love the high standard friendly services I received from the sales boy Matt. Well done Matt. Very appreciated for the details you provided. No pushy at all but I still decided to buy the insurance from them. Only one concern is about the hatch door button. Sometimes it does not work properly. I am happy to give the 5 stars anyway.

Disappointed that Lexus sell a BEV without charging cables for public fast chargers, and the response when I asked for one. The vehicle comes with a standard 3 pin charger for a home socket but that is all. If you actually want to go anywhere in it you need to buy a cable (not all stations have one in petrol station" style). Other car brands provide pretty much anything that you could want. The car itself is fine but the attitude when I asked for a cable was less than helpful! Add $300+ to the cost of a new EV from them."

They don’t have loan cars available till a month later when you book you car for a service, and even then they charge you extra for it! On top of the thousand dollars plus of business you give them for a service.Also, the service staff don’t know what they’re doing and the service price estimates keep changing - so much so that I decided to go to the North Shore branch instead- loan car available for free on whichever day you want, and the same service was over $500 less!
