The team at Heslops were fantastic.They replaced the cam belt in my vw camper during my travels around the South Island with no inconvenience to me.They were professional and discussed everything fully before work begun.10 out of 10 for how a good business should run.I highly recommend them and they are a credit to the Nelson region

Carolyn (Gisborne) has always been more than helpful as our provender, including stocking staff's favourite likes and introducing us to new products available in the snack box. Nothing is too much trouble.

It is a pity that it is not possible to put 0 stars. If you have just arrived in NZ and are looking for a van or car, avoid this place. Believe me, starting your trip with a lot of van/car worries is the worst thing you can do. It will blow all your plans and savings for your trip to hell. Moreover, the mechanics guy " is totally incompetent and will not try to help you in any way.Update : My name is not displayed for private reasons.I will be happy to show my van invoice to prove the veracity of my statements.as in the previous comments

This was my second time renting an RV (campervan) in New Zealand and when I come back I will be renting from Discover NZ again. On this trip I was with my family (wife and two kids) and we rented a 6 berth Autotrail. The Auckland representative Ed was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He brought the campervan to our hotel in Auckland which made for a very smooth transition to our holiday. He then gave us his personal mobile number in case of any problems (which there were none) and was equally accommodating when checking back in. This is a small business and you get the personalized service - you are not a number - Ed knew exactly who we were when we called to return our van nearly a month later.Pricing was competitive and fair; there were no surprises or hidden charges. I paid exactly what we had originally agreed to. Thank you Discover NZ and THANK YOU ED!!! You have given my children a lifetime of memories - we'll be back!!
