7th Aug 2021 tried to get a drink from a drinks dispenser at Albany shopping centre, put in $10 note but no drink, tried to get money back but machine had a fault, rang the 0800 number but because it was a weekend had to leave a messageInformed the help desk regarding thisReceived a text on the Monday asking for my address for a voucher for 4 x 600 ml coke as compensation, replied that I don't drink coke as I was trying an iced coffee and that I wanted my $10 back so it would have cost me for the so called free voucher.Should be money back and free voucher for any product not just coke.It was a few days later and received another text asking for my bank details for a direct paymentAs this was before lockdown was expecting this to appear in my account, wrong, after several phone calls still no deposit, their excuse is really busy and staff working from home because of covid, I pointed out that this was before lockdown so no excuseAs of today (6/9/21) no depositThey make millions of dollars a year and can't be kind enough to give back what is a mere drop in the oceanNot impressedFinally after a few calls, received a full refund via internet banking

Ice creams are overpriced ($6 single, $9 double) for the stingy servings.No kids sizes so they can upsell you to a single serve. This is obviously intentional - 3 people asked just in the time I was there.

Def worth stopping in, even just to see what's there for future. reference.. Then you can shop online. Fantastic selection of Whiskey wine and gin, amongst other alcoholic beverages and great quality mixers. Loads of things you can treat yourself with or put together for a fancy gift. Surprisingly, the prices aren't to bad - talk about a one stop shop.Look forward to going back!

Can't really give more than 3 stars. Really miss wandering around the bins and shelves, picking up bottles and looking at & reading the labels. Nothing wrong with the wines, but an experience is missing. I'm sure the profits are up though
