Top-notch customer service, as well as a superb range of high-quality menswear. I live in Auckland and don't have physical access to the store, so when I saw the items I was looking for on their website, the staff were very helpful in ensuring I got what I was looking for. Have ordered a couple of times from them now, and am wearing one of their shirts as I write this. :)

Just Jeans Hastings
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The lady was just down right rude and disrespectful with an awful attitude, i was browsing the jeans and not even selected what I wanted to try on before she came over, sighed under her breath and started to refold.. she then went and got the ladder so I had to step back out the way and couldn't continue to look. In a frustrated tone she says, we need to know what you are taking in the changing room, wow!! I kindly addressed her because I could not believe her behavior and she started to raise her voice, another staff member had to ask her to leave out the back and as she walks off she gets smart to that staff member too who was the only one who showed any form of decent service. I did not end up completing my purchase because of this experience and I will not be returning.
