I had a couple of old jerseys framed and had a case especially made to house a collector's item NFL helmet. Amy was brilliant at communicating what was best for the jerseys, I explained what I wanted for the helmet and it just got done. They look fantastic and it was a very simple process. Thanks, Team. From the initial phone call and progress emails, it was an absolute pleasure chatting to Amy and organising the framing of my Dad's Warriors jersey.I had to organise it in such a short time, as I live in Melbourne and I was only in Auckland for a week. Amy and Onosai went over and above to accommodate me, as they were so busy with a large order and even though I was happy to have the jersey posted to my Dad (it was a surprise birthday gift), they went ahead and had it ready for me to pick up before I flew home to Melbourne.I wish they lived here as I would use their service all the time. These guys framed up a old high school 1st 15 jersey for me and did a great job. They were accommodating with all of my picky additions and the finished product looks great. Super friendly and good to deal with and pricing was really good compared to other places I looked. 10/10 and will definitely be getting the rest of my jerseys framed there when the time comes!

This place is absolutely amazing, they went more than beyond to make sure my daughter had her gear for her first game, they traveled and left it at her club for me to pick up that night. I took a 1960s rugby jersey that had been sitting in a box for many years to be framed. Amy did a fantastic job with my Grandad's rugby jersey. Thank you so much Amy from both me and my grandparents who are absolutely stoked with the final result.

Ordered some gear back on 28/11/22 received and email on the 29/11/22 saying the order has been shipped by StarTrack on the website it states orders over $50 sent by DHL, paid for DHL shipping, reckon I would have received it in time for the birthday it was ordered for if it was dispatched by DHL. 11 days later it still shows as processing when I track it, has me wondering if it will even make it here by Xmas 22 or 23. The No Customer service team are no help at all,. Not happy at all. ( Would like to know if it has even left the warehouse yet?) yes it’s a busy time of year but that’s no excuse to send it on the slowest possible courier, is it?
