Mercedes Benz has outstanding after sales service. The people are informative and friendly. After any service the car is always sparkling clean. Andrew Timpany is always happy to help and answer any of my queries no matter how trivial.

Went in to have a front CV Jkint repair performed. An O ring replacement was also carried out, which was picked up at the time of the visit. The service was professional, timely and minimised hassle for me and the family. Given that the car was required overnight, Grant (our salesperson) even gave up his own vehicle as a courtesy vehicle. We are most appreciative of the way Ingham's have gone above and beyond for us.

Very attentive - lost all battery power and the team responded to my Tauranga site with 15 minutes. Replace car was given - a new C Class hybrid to test and use for the day - then picked up my car ready to go at 4.30pm. An A-class experience.

Service was ok, however first point of contact was useless. Did not provide right information and didn't know any answers to questions asked. In my opinion this outsourced call centre is ruining your reputation.
