Great service for my Brother machine, fast and good price as well as being nice people to deal with. They worked really hard to get it done as I needed it urgently and lived out of town. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Bought 5 skeins of 8 ply machine washable wool while in Christchurch. Knitted a baby's hoodie and when washed in cold water, using the handwash function, the whole garment, with the exception of one portion of the hood where a skein from another lot was used, shrunk, became matted and completely unusable as it was very stiff. Contacted Crucci through their website - no result. Contacted their agent twice with photos of the garment - still no response or acknowledgment of any kind. Very very disappointed with this poor customer service.

First rate service!! Took my machine in for assessment and was told wasn't worth repairing. No charge for the assessment. I really appreciate this level of honesty. Most places would just sting you for the repair irrespective! Awesome to deal with and highly recommend :) :)

From the first contact the customer experience was outstanding. I purchased the woven blanket as a Mother’s Day gift for myself. The blanket is very soft and warm. My mother once said to me “you never regret buying quality” and this was definitely the case with this purchase.
