I had an intermittent problem with my bike. The other bike-shop was completely unhelpful but Sam at Torpedo 7 was great! He did some work on it that day, since I was travelling. When I rode it later the problem was still there. When I went back he happily worked on it some more, straight away, at no charge.

Great local bike shop! Went to have my bike fitted and left armed with new knowledge and confidence. Found the team friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Much better service than the big retail chains. Will be my first choice from now on. Thanks team.

Justin and David are patient, and knowledgeable. I tried out the two different ebikes I was considering and ended up buying one of them. They have an online appointment system which means they can give you their full attention when you visit, no need to queue up or come back another time. I visited three different bike shops and decided to go with Propel because I thought their approach to customers was the best, really personalised and friendly. I've gotten pretty great after sales service so far which lives up to the positive impression I received in the shop. Justin is really quick with replying to emails! I'm glad I went with them.

I've purchased 2 bikes off Mike now. He's a gentleman and a neat guy. His 2ND in command in the workshop is a genius when it comes to working and repairing bikes. Great guys, great service and if you hunt around you'll almost always find a GD deal on the shop floor for the bike you want.

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful in getting parts for an old bike. They let you know when to pick up which is great instead of the customer having to chase them up.
