Parasailing ride service

Parasailing was amazing and such a cool thing to experience, definitely would do again. The only thing that was a let down was the guys in the boat weren’t interactive or personable at all and it was awkward. If you don’t like people that’s cool but maybe get different job that isn’t with excited tourists so we can have a time of our lives!

My wife and I purchased a tandem Parasail as a combined Christmas present for each other. Experiences beat gifts hands down.Upon arriving at the designated time, we were warmly welcomed by a team member who checked up in and advised that the boat would be back within 15 minutes. On boarding the boat we were introduced to the crew, who were very professional, and conducted the safety briefing for all on board.The experience was amazing, we got to see Taupo from a totally different view point, and we felt very safe in the hands of the experienced crew.All in all we would definitely recommend Big Sky Parasailing to anyone wanting a safe thrilling experience, and Taupo from a different angle.

This was such a great experience, the office staff and the guys on the boat were amazing and made us feel safe and excited. The view of the bay of islands is spectacular from 1300ft in the air. You get the option of being dunked in the water at the end of the flight. The whole experience was breathe taking. If going to Paihia this is an absolute must.

Once in a lifetime experience! Would highly recommend this to the adrenaline junkies out there looking for something different to do on their “beach” trip. My partner and I booked a tandem parasail and loved it. Unfortunately the weather was rubbish so they contacted us to move it a day earlier as it was likely to be cancelled the day we had booked. Thankfully this worked for us. Without this initiative from the team there we wouldn’t have been able to go! Don’t worry if you’re a little worried about it, anyone can do it from 1-100yrs and they make the experience out on the boat so easy. Be aware the dunk at the end has room for error so feet in might end up waist in too - all a bunch of fun.

My son who is 9 years old went parasailing and loved it! The guys were really professional and he left with a very memorable experience. Highly recommend

The only downsides to this experience were that 1) we were in the air for only 10 minutes, and 2) our photos don't look quite like we expected based on the main image shown on the advertisement.Besides that though, we had a good time. We were up higher in the air than we've been on any other parasailing trip, and Jeno and his assistant were very sweet. It was also pretty nice being able to essentially make our own schedule as far as when to meet with Jeno; he worked around the times that fit our vacation.

I wish I could award them more than 5 stars, it was such a great experience. I have parasailed before but this was the best. The crew were great. I enjoyed getting dipped! Definitely put this on your bucket list

Lovely experience with great hosts! Felt safe and had fun throughout the whole experience. Allow about 1 hour for the experience, and arrive 20-30 mins before the departure time for preparations.

Such an amazing experience! Extremely efficient and professional, we felt like we were in good hands for the whole journey. And the 360 camera video and photos are really cool. Highly recommend - Thank You Jeno!!!
