Musical instrument rental service

I bought a junior drumkit from their trademe store for my son's birthday. I'm very impressed with the quality. It is extremely good value for money and my son couldn't be happier. Their customer service is fantastic and we'll definitely be buying from them again.

Head piece snapped off vintage Eko 12-string acoustic guitar. Great repair, very pleased, just like it had never snapped. Highly recommend. AAA+

I had an introduction and a number of lessons with Sam who was great... he understood exactly where I was at and what I wanted to get from the lessons and was able to build the teaching around this to support the learning I was doing myself and build in new thinking and development areas. Got my brand new violin looked into as soon as I got it, and they picked up on things we didn't initially notice. I ended up getting the bridge sanded down, soundpost repositioned, and fine tuners installed on the G, D, and A strings. Now it sounds better than ever, all for a very reasonable price. They even gave me a chance to try the centuries-old thousand-dollar violins. Will come here again when I get my electric and acoustic electric. Highly recommended.

Brought a mandolin from their trade me online store it came very poorly packed and delivery too a lot longer than stated if this is how they treat there mid priced instruments how do they treat there more expensive instruments !!

1. The store was closed for a lunch break, despite having 3+ staff around - something that was not shown on any Maps or website listings. This is something that should definitely be noted online so that customers know not to make a trip in when the shop is closed.2. Customer service was very average - they made me contact their online sales team while I was in-store to change an order, and only when my call wasn't picked up did they actually try to make the changes themselves. We eventually got there, but it should have been a lot more efficient.Otherwise it seems like a fine place, heaps of stock and knowledgeable staff. Usually have a great and easy experience in other Rockshop branches.
