Gracela is such a nice person. I could not sit for an extended period of time, I went for one session with Gracela and it's amazing how much better I feel already. I managed to at my desk the whole day today and I hardly have pain in comparison to how I felt when I booked the session with her.Highly recommend, it's honestly worth it!

I thought I'd tried all my options when it came to my foot injuries. I'd got to a point where crossing the road felt daunting and I'd started to accept the pain was here to stay. I figured being active was a thing of the past. After my last Cortisone injection it was my awesome specialist who suggested trying the Pain Clinic. I will forever be grateful.I'm only a few sessions into treatment and my pain has reduced significantly. Having gone from a year of only managing a few minutes of walking pain stopped me to being able to head out on adventures with my kids again is live changing. The pain no longer dominates my thoughts and actions like it did. The sense of freedom is such a relief!There isn't a quick fix to my situation, I'm looking for long term quality of life... And I think I'm on the right path with the awesome team at the Pain Clinic.

I went to Ray after having a sore neck and bad headaches for up to 4 years as constant physio and acupuncture didn't seem to help nor was it very effective. After a few sessions with Ray, I was instantly able to move my neck around with more flexibility and the headaches have been quite rare. He is amazing and definitely knows his stuff as well as being very informative, he has taught me a lot already. I have not needed to visit a physio since going and have seen many improvements after a short period of time. I'm so thankful for Ray and would 100% recommend him.

This is the real deal!!These people know there craft inside out!I’ve suffered from severe lower back pain thankfully with the help from Tobias and he’s amazing team within a few sessions I was back on my feet! The Cupping treatment and shockwave therapy definitely helped and now I’m not feeling stronger than I’ve felt in years!These guys genuinely care about your health and want to find long term solutions in prevention maintenance. I cant recommend Shane at back pain aucks enough, he is a super friendly, motivational and respectful qualified health professional & PT. He runs a small gym at his house with a ridiculously low roof :p but he makes it work and it doesnt actually impact any of our training.Even as a 32yo woman, I have lived with my pain and a number of injuries long enough that I had succumbed to the fact that it was just a part of life now, and that i would never be able to do what I could a few years ago.It took a couple months for me to really get over the anxiety I didnt realise I had, and to believe the changes I was seeing in myself, it has changed my whole outlook and renewed my self confidence!Thank you Shane!! You have changed my life :) keep up the good work

Katrina is a wealth of knowledge. The educational aspect to the session added so much value as well and has greatly helped my understanding of pain. I’ll be back, think she’s amazing.
