It was a great experience. Not only did we have fantastic weather we had a fantastic pilot (Dylan) who really looked after us and made sure we were comfortable and secure at all times. It was a magical experience that we would happily even repeat!! worth every penny.

I see a lot of people heralding this airline and I want to really, really caution future travelers against them. My father and I have had a terrible, awful, awful time and I would not wish this experience upon my worst enemy. There are other airlines that are not as shady, much more honest, and cooperative and guest oriented. After missing my international connection because another ANZ flight took off half an hour late (because they were waiting on other passengers), I was told by an terrible woman at guest services that she “didn’t have time for me and had other things to do.” We ended up rebooking with a different airline to fly home because I find this organization to be so dishonest and un-compassionate. I really caution future travelers. They’ve got a lot of great reviews, but when something goes wrong they are ultimately a business who is in this to make money off your misfortune. Please be careful.

Try to walk or swim instead of using this airline! Worst airline with worst customer service

Just pitiful. No check in reminder email on the return half of a ticket. Google calendar entry made oversees used local time zone, so when calendar updated to NZ time zone it moved the entry I made to the next day. Even with the app installed I got no notification at all about the return flight. Called ANZ, hold time 1 hour 32 minutes. Agent said harsh reality" was to pay more than the original flight roundtrip total cost just to get on the same flight next day

The best airline company in the world.

An excellent and handy way to get to and from the Heaphy Track. We took a shuttle from Nelson to Brown Hut to start the walk and then a shuttle to Karamea and flight back to Nelson afterwards. The weather didn't look too good for flying but turned out to be just good enough to get us on our way. The team had a back up plan for us just in case which helped put our minds at ease. Really appreciated the friendly and helpful support from the team. The flight back to Nelson over the Karamea River was a real highlight after a long walk.

On time, clean seats with ample of leg room. Great staff. Beautiful coffee and snacks. Smooth landing. Very creative security video. Great articles and well collated in flight magazine. Proud of you our national carrier.

Very proper set up for this G.A airport, view was stunning, witness the Lake Tekapo were melted from glacier, the magnificent Mt Cook. And pilots(Tim and Richard) were very friendly and exprienced, what can be better than bird viewing the breath taking Tekapo!?

Great service on time, that’s all that’s needed.Will be using sounds air again.
