I enjoyed my stay!Bulls is located a nice distance between Wellington and Auckland, and gave us a chance to get to Auckland comfortably in one day after arriving in Wellington on the ferry. So I'd recommend the location for people on the same journey.The lodge was very tidy, with a great garden, and some cool cats casually hanging about. Beds were very comfy, and everything that we could have needed was at hand.The host Rhys was really friendly, and welcomed us after a last minute booking as we arrived late at night, just before the office closing time at 10pm.I'd definitely recommend staying here!

I've had the pleasure of photographing many weddings at Orua Beach House. It's an amazing spot overlooking Hot Water Beach and has really epic photo locations on the property. Full house, that's 22 in the hut and two more in a tent. Good atmosphere and great views.

Stayed here in October 2017Great little motor Lodge for your first night in New Zealand. We flew in to Auckland, arriving in the evening and needed a place to sleep for the night. Although the room was very old in style it was kept extremely clean and it looked like the shower had been recently updated. They also supply you with a small bottle of milk.The host was very helpful and showed us the room and when to park when we checked in.

My first time ever staying at a bacpackers. Tracy introduced herself and came around the desk the minute my friend and I checked in. She introduced us to the other guests by name and called us by our names for the rest of the stay. Everything was clean and the hours that the bathroom, kitchen, and common area were closed for cleaning was clearly posted. This is definitely not a place to miss if you are looking at staying in National Park area.

Give yourself a break over the school holidays and send the kids to a good Christian camp lots of stuff happening and the food is great

Had the time of my life at Spey Creek. Hunting is excellent, some of the largest Red Stag in the world. Big Elk and Fallow deer, sheep, goats and other game available.Guides are great and do the heavy lifting. Spotting, stalking, recovery and skinning. They will find the trophy you are looking for.Food is gourmet, wild game and domestic meats. Great wine, fantastic desserts!Deluxe accommodations, private rooms and baths.Owners are on site and every team member is at your service.Bow, rifle or blackbpowder hunting and you can work as much or as little as you want to. Spot and stalk from four passenger ATVs, or on foot with your guide.Best hunt ever!

Nice and clean, staff were very helpful as we had to change the booking twice due to the tail end of a cyclone and then family commitments. Only negative is that I hope the next time they hire a plumber they look for a taller one that can install the shower head a bit higher. Clean and tidy units, great staff.

We got the Ensuite Room with the double bed and the bulk beds. Would suit a family with children under 5 years old because the Ensuite is only separated by a fosted shower screen. Which your older kids would not appreciate anyone seeing the outline of the body while showering or going to the bathroom. You can ask for a screen at the office for more privacy. The games room kept the kids busy while not out in the snow. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
