Dental clinic

I registered my boy here when he was four years old three years ago. He is almost seven years and a half now. We have never been offered a chance to get the dental check. I tried to ring them several times but never managed to get hold of anyone. Always voicemails. I understand the pandemic has great impact on our lives. However, this kind of service is still too disappointing.

May is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. She is thorough, professional, comprehensive and kind. She coached my breathing for getting my wisdom teeth out which made such a positive difference to the procedure. She takes the time to fully explain each step and is so respectful of how her patient is feeling. I didn’t realise going to the dentist could be this good. Thank you May!

Had been in credit with this company for 2 year's,Sent a email on the 3rd of July in regards to my debt of $66.00 as it had gone up to $120.00 then get a Bay corp bill of $180.00 on the 11th of June.TRIPLE THE AMOUNT.There fee's for treatment seem higher than other's this is after getting 3 more quotes done all other quotes are at least $800.00 less,when I went in to get my treatment done on my teeth they would do 1" service per dental sitting I have since found a dentist that has done 3 service's in 1 dental sitting.Wouldn't recommend this franchise THE TOOTH FAIRY"

Absolutely wonderful service! A +++. I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but the staff there were so amazing and made me feel so much better throughout the whole process. The receptionist is so lovely and will always greet you with the nicest smile on her face and the dentist which dealt with me was really comforting; aswell as very good at what he does! Overall, amazing service and truly wonderful staff. I would give more stars if I could :)

Absolutely wonderful! I would highly reccomend. 10/10Had Dr Jose and his lovely assistant, Manisha, to help fill a chip in my front tooth. They were great with communication, and making sure I was okay through the entire process! Reception ladies were lovely too! Many thanks!

I and my children have been going to Avondale Dental Centre for four years or so now and we thoroughly recommend Sinan and the staff. They are very friendly, the prices are reasonable and the dental treatment is the best I have ever had anywhere.

My wife visited recently with a sore tooth. As advised she returned 2 times and paid what was asked for at the end of each visit, believing this was the full cost of treatment. A month later an unexpected bill arrived for the final treatment costs, all total $300.00. While happy enough with treatment we were disappointed in regard to transparency of treatment costs which would have altered the decision to return. Lesson learnt is don't be to shy to ask for total treatment cost at the outset.

Professional and careful dentist. Marina quickly find what was problem with and saved my tooth. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience even in level 3! .The dentist spoke to me over the phone and made me feel better. He emailed a script for antibiotics to my local chemist. I am no longer in pain and very thankful. He was very professional . I am booking in when we get to level 2. God bless for the kind service.
