Great service and advice. Excellent repairs to a trombone case. Fast and efficient (only took two days). Surprisingly inexpensive (less than $50). Highly recommend.

Brilliant shoe repair shop in Papanui. Had my favourite shoes repaired. Well experienced in all types of repairs. Certainly worthy of consideration should you need your shoes repaired.Parking is around the back. You can't park out front as it's too busy being Papanui Road.

Found this one on Google maps and it got good reviews. Me and my friend had one each of broken boots. My with a big hole in it and my friend with leaking snowboard boots and we only have one day in Christchurch so we asked if they could do it the same day. No problem at all. It's like 4 old experience shoemakers behind the desk and they all look like they know their things, they also had this young lad who also looked he know his thing. Great service and great job

I took my mountaineering boots in to be re-soled. They gave me a quote and indicated when they would be ready when I dropped them in.They were ready when they said they would be and the new sole looked very good.Today I took them up Castle Hill Peak for six hours of mixed terrain, including scree, snow and ice. I wore new crampons on them for four hours and they handled everything perfectlyI am very happy with the work and materials. Many thanks team!

Job not done on time, went to pick up had poor costumer service by a rude lady. Good service isn't included in the premium price. Won't go back there and wouldn't recommend.Edit: Thanks for your answer 9 months after the review. I don't recall me waving my card around or ask for a change of name on a receipt, or get a receipt without paying. (Not sure why I would do that, too)Little bit of a strange response to my review.

EDITED: Disappointing service! Rude staff and long wait times. (Initially quote of 3 weeks, I had to call them after 4 weeks of no text). Staff member actually scoffed at me then proceeded to huff and puff searching through orders because they incorrectly recorded my phone number in the beginning. Just not necessary! Will be going to McGregors from now on.

Wow amazing service fixed my broken Rimowa lock same day for a very reasonable amount :) Case ruined by Qantas forcing me to check in carry on - even though flying business class - then smashing the lock on way over from Australia.
