Hi there, we had the case of multiple unreported issues at our property that we only discovered once the tenant vacated it unexpectedly. We had to ogranise the repairs quickly as decided to put our house on the market. We reached out to John and were very happy with the services and the quality of John's work. At the beginning, John completed a thorough assessment of the property and highlighted few additional things we were not aware of. We then discussed what we would want to include in the scope of works. The works were completed on time and the subsequent invoice was as per the original quote provided. I wanted to get my roof treated for moss and lichen. Mr Moss were referred to me by another tradesperson. Their service was prompt and efficient. Damien (the owner) explained the application process on arrival and the results I should expect. He was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend this provider should you require roof or gutter services. 5 Stars

Red Owl painters dropped us for other work at the 11th hour after we’d approached them for help to rectify a painting defect on our house.Aaron visited our property and provided a quote. We were ready to start the next day and said I was keen to chat over a few things via phone before proceeding. The next thing I got was an email saying they couldn’t proceed because other bigger jobs had come in. Super disappointing after you try to deal with someone in good faith but they don’t have the respect / courtesy to deliver on their promise.Edit in response to Red Owl’s reply: Aaron on multiple occasions said they were light on workload and could start asap. In declining our work, no mention was made of incorrect preparation. We were open from the start about known existing painting defects and said we were more than happy to pay someone time & materials to fix. Aaron’s second last email was “we have time available starting tomorrow”. Several hours later we get the email in full “we have just had a couple of big projects arrive and won’t be able to proceed with the remedial work on your frames. All the best, Aaron”.If indeed it was an issue with preparation, why not take the time to chat to someone via phone and explain as such versus blatantly lying and/or being deceptive via email. I’m sorry but I can’t endorse this business. Obviously others have had a better experience which is great to hear, but our experience was disappointing and disingenuous. Wishing others a better experience.

Kevin was a brilliant project manager throughout. He really made an effort to understand our vision right from the beginning. He was always there when we needed to speak to him. His team and him really go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We will be using them for our other properties too!

Zac the boss man is a bloody nice guy and a pleasure to have on site. He is always on time, is very particular, has great communication, super professional and always does a great job! He has a small crew of guys who he drives pretty hard to get the job done on time and to a high standard. Will definitely continue to use him as our painter.
