Kia ora team,I just want to give a huge shout out to the lovely retail assistant managing the Wearhouse Stationary counter. I've been twice to this store and both times each team member not only has great service, but is very knowledgeable with printing. Printing is a very technical job and with my crazy design each sales assistant instantly knows how to execute the printing.The sale assistant that served me was a female sales assistant that clearly knew what she was doing as well as communicated the waiting time, as there were customers lining up. At this point, I didn't mind waiting or coming back the next day so I left and came back within the hour and they were done! :)The printing was done so well I returned within the next hour and half to get more done. Again, the lovely sales assistant was quick and done this with out a fuss, customer service makes a huge difference but also customers being patient just makes life easier. Well done to her :)

Spent around 30 mins walking around instore just to find someone to process my order of 4 office furniture items 2 weeks ago during my visit. Not once was I greeted or approached by anyone, everyone seems to be too busy standing around chatting with each other doing nothing despite me walking around looking for staff, very obviously going to make a purchase and even then I had to ask a few times before I found someone helpful" enough to take my money. 0/10 customer service.Staff was misinformed as they told me it was going to be $60 delivery per item which is beyond basic logic

I rang through directly to the store for help with an urgent order. I spoke with store manager - Chris Taylor. I cannot thank her enough, professionalism A+ and customer service with a smile. Thank you Chris, you definitely saved the day!

Not a helpful Post Centre. Denied they did Counter Delivery(contrary to NZ Post), but offered to ‘look out’ for mail for me. I called in a couple of times, yes, very friendly, but as we moved down country I had to ring to see if any mail. Was told each time “we’re too busy to look, we’re a big shop, very busy, you have to come in before we’ll look for your mail” The last time we were 90 minutes drive away, so told them to return to sender.

I wasn't impressed with the offhand attitude of the young woman who was serving at the counter. I asked for help and was regarded with a blank look and reluctance to offer advice or practical help.Customers are obviously a nuisance and shouldn't bother her when she would prefer to be somewhere else.It was a disappointing and frustrating experience and I will go elsewhere in future. It is staff who make the difference and poor staff don't do a business any favours.

They took 25 minutes to print photos . Absolutely wast of my time . Workers need training

Great shop with a wide range of products! Perfect for a quick gift purchase, any arts and crafts needs and their new baking section is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! Jo and the team are amazing too, they're always ready to help you out.

Machine said no files but I know there was one on there. No bluetooth have to download a app and then will take 30min for two small photos will never use them again
