Awesome guys. RV helped me. My phone wasn't charging. Quoted me to replace the charging port, and he would have it done the same day, which I thought was great! But Told me he would keep my phone for 20 min And see if he could fix it.Came back and he had fixed my phone.While I was there they had the perfect case for my phone, which has been unavailable at every other store that I've been!Awesome service!Great sense of humour...Awesome case...And best thing, didn't even charge me for fixing my phone. Absolutely crazy!Thanks for making my day guys!

Absolutely excellent customer service and technical help. They fixed two phones for us and got them back into perfect working order. They communicated clearly while they had the phones, were fair and clear about pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure our phones were working and we were satisfied with the services they provided. Very pushy, opens $80 screen protector packet without even asking then gives me No proof of purchase and refuses to take protector back when I try to return later that day due to incompatible chargers. Insists I spend an extra $30 for a new charger.Update within 24 hours charger cord has stopped working completely.I do not recommend this place they’re very pushy and lack transparency. Sneaky pushy sales people who purposely do not give receipts. Faulty overpriced charging cords. Stay Away.

These guys delivered a chest freezer to us. They were polite and courteous. The was a small mishap that they are rectifying asap. Overall very happy with the service.

Had a similar experience to many of the other reviews here. RV was friendly, explained what he thought the issue was and had me and out in under 15 minutes. Was totally reasonable with the fee as well. Certainly the best service I’ve had for a while! Cheers RV!

got my screen replaced and they were very friendly however charged $180 for a fake apple screen that has green tinge, will not be recommending and am very disappointed in this service.

R V is amazing! I had to buy a new phone as my old one was damaged beyond repair. I needed all the txt's, photo's and data from my old phone, R V retrieved everything, and set the new phone to operate like the old one. He did all this while I waited, there were customers coming and going but he just remained cheerfull and unfazed. I would never consider taking my phone anywhere else. R V truly understands the meaning of customer service. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

Dishonest and tried to rip me off. Tried to get me to put down a $50 deposit without knowing if they would be able to get my screen replacement in time. DON’T pay any deposits if they ask
