I did the one-day bread making course and loved it. The course leader, Ralf, was a fount of baking knowledge that he imparted throughout the day. I came away with enough baked goods to justify the course cost! Great facilities and epic location.

This school is very misleading in its information. They don't take into consideration other responsibilities. I would highly recommend not attending this institute.

So we were on a holiday from Queenstown to Wellington and it was all going good till the flights got cancelled going to Rotorua and Auckland we did send an enquiring about a refund and we’re afraid to travel cause of the cyclone so we left Wellington to Christchurch in morning in case they cancel all flightsIn which they did later in afternoonBut it’s unfair to not refund our money back because it’s their policy and not showing any compassion for their customers we lost almost $1200 plus our hotel only refunded us only half of our bookingsAll we wanted was a fair dealWhich in this case Air New Zealand didn’t care so thanks again Air New Zealand for looking after your business and customers

I did the cafe attendant course through my school, and it was fantastic. It really taught a lot of techniques that I can apply to a lot of hospitality, and there was a good balance of practical and theory. Teacher was very experienced and friendly, and the facilities were clean and in a great location.

In Two Years : I've raised two instances of severe Cyber Bullying of a student, lack of internal recourses to support a student and now after a Teacher Openly Complained about individual students in front of an entire class (I forced a student to attend today) with No Teacher was present in the class. They promise industry recognition and placement into the workforce (but student get there on their own grit and these opportunities they make themselves)- This institution is a joke, not a school or learning institution.
