Escape room center

Udder grazziness was fantastic. Very cleverly designed! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The intermediate level was definitely hard enough for us. Definitely preferred this room over the other one.

This escape room is way much better than I expected. It is beautifully made in a residential house but it surprised all of us in every level. I have been to other escape games in the city but I never would have thought we can do it in a house where it combined both mystery and darkness together so well. The host Richard designed the room all by himself and he was very friendly and happy to help when we were stuck. I cannot believe all of those hits were triggered by something we did instead of guessing a few digital numbers. There were six of us and we all puzzled and worked together. Very fun experience! My group of 4 adults did the Galactic Cantina, and it was cutely decorated, and had interesting challenges to solve. The on duty manager was friendly and responsive to our questions. Would definitely visit again next time we are in Auckland

We just did the Antarctica hut and the dark room as a team of 2, and we loved it!! We were used to escape games back in our country but never did anything in complete dark such as the dark room. Really great. The place is really pretty and the staff super nice.

The staff were friendly and professional especially to Max whom he explained all their game concept. We decided to try the motion theatre. We had so much fun! It’s all worth it. Highly recommended.

We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Escape HQ, and we had an amazing time participating in the 'Jail Break' escape room challenge! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that our group of varying ages and skill levels was comfortable and ready to have fun.The 'Jail Break' challenge was a blast. The puzzles were challenging and engaging, and our team had to work together to solve them and escape from the jail cell. The theming and decor were fantastic, and it felt like we were really in a prison trying to break out.The entire experience at Escape HQ was well-organized and exciting. The staff was always available to provide hints and guidance when we needed it, and the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and energy. It was the perfect way to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we all had a great time.Overall, I would highly recommend Escape HQ to anyone looking for a unique and thrilling experience. The 'Jail Break' escape room was just one of many challenges they offer, and we can't wait to come back and try the others. Awesome service and really high quality puzzles! We were really surprised at how great the puzzles were thematically. A lot of love and care was put into them and it shows.Also love how the place unlike others we’ve been to wasn’t reliant in the slightest on branded padlocks and keys or combination locks, kept things really immersive.We will definitely be coming back to try the other room, and any future rooms.

Was an absolutely awesome experiance. It's the first escape room me and my brother have ever done and it was a blast figuring out all the puzzles. The puzzles were logical and everything made sense in the end, and the clues were enough to get us thinking without giving the whole game away. Would highly recommend if you're in town and want to have a fun experience.

Very disappointing. $30 ticket, the tour was on full volume and still too quiet so you couldn't hear it. Half the rooms and areas were closed off and fenced off for repairs. So basically only saw half of the prison. Not worth the visit.

It was so cool! We did the advanced Flight 501 and really loved it! The new place is with lots of new rooms, must come back to test everything!
