Rice restaurant

Bought black bean stir fry, Chicken fried rice, dumplings, kebab, crispy chicken and Wonton.All of the food except dumplings was luke warm, some of it was cold.Crispy chicken was chewy and luke warm.Kebab was an OK temperature, and tasty. Dumplings were HOT and tasty.The coldest was the chicken fried rice and black bean.To top things off, when I told the manager, she just looked at me and said nothing. I said I did not enjoy this meal at all". I then paused

Went on sat night. I would describe what I got as chicken jerky. Completely dried out from being kept hot. My fries could literally snap in half and you could scrunch them to a powder if you wanted. Clearly noting people who had a few drinks and seeing what they could pass off. I went to the counter with a few of the pieces of chicken that were literally inedible (not all) and the fries and my god did she kick off. So insanely rude. Refused to swap the food out, refused a refund. Making me put it in the bin instead of her, shouting and making a scene in an attempt to intimidate me so I would just give in. We went back and forth for ages with her making several comments about how my partner didn’t have a problem etc. Like i mentioned they obviously threw in some really bad pieces to see if they could get away with it. But either way, she is the rudest person ever and its no excuse to charge $40 and to be served absolute rubbish. Hard pass!!

Interior looks really cool. Love the wall mural. Feels really young and trendy inside.We got mild spicy hotpot and mushroom hotpot and the flavours were good. Food came out fast and is fresh. Service was excellent. Maybe just a little pricier than other places.

Worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Under cooked, soggy and tasted awful. Don't even think about trying and Don't TRUST fake Uber eats reviews.

I adore this place.The bubble tea is so good, I have never been disappointed with these. The snacks are also delicious.The venue is adorable with great decor.

Nice place to eat out in Albany albeit rather expensive. Simple modern layout which also features a private box for large parties. Service was very attentive and professional though lacking personal vigour.Expansive mural on the walls was a nice touch and everything seemed clean and casual.Caveats were there were no serviettes offered at the tables so have to walk to the reception desk to get them. Raw food couldn't be returned once it was delivered to the table even if it hasn't been touched. Overall pleasant experience but for the price there are better offerings around in Albany.

The food here is absolutely amazing. I always the delicious curries, steam buns and oh the dumplings are also a taste sensation of delight. Highly recommended. Value for money to oh my gosh yes go here!

Popular bubble tea eatery brand popping up all over main cities in NZ. The branch in Hamilton is clean and tidy. Limited tables/seatings, situated in CBD. CBD also means free 2 hours parking at shop front or nearby metered parking any time of the day and week etc.... So no issues here. The menu offers a good selection of Taiwanese type of food and new inspirational bubble tea combinations. So of the drinks looks very pretty and colourful. Prices are reasonable. They open 6 days a week so a time to suit your visit. Place is family friendly. The service is ok. Been there a few times and everytime they had 2 staff at shop front and approx 2 staff in the kitchen. At busy times they seemed very stressed and very disorganised. As a result, the service level dropped as none of the staff had smiles, even behind the masks. I felt they just want to move the customers on as soon as they can. Kitchen staff were responsible bring out the food dishes, again, no smiles, they just wanted to leave the food on the table to quickly get back to kitchen. The chicken/pork katsu type of noodle soup dishes, the deep fry part was under EXTREMELY UNDERDONE and not crispy at all. The deep fey coating was very powdery and colour is as pale white as TipTop toasts (refer my photos).. When prepared properly, the colour the the fry coating should be Golden yellow, not pale white! Still recommending others to give this place a visit as the dishes are uniquly Taiwanese style.

Felt so good that we found authentic Taiwanese food in Hamilton!very clean and comfortable environment to have meal. My family and in law enjoyed it very much for dinner before we drove back to Auckland.
