Very happy customer. We needed a new vent cover for our caravan. And swiftly. Award Plastics not only had exactly what was needed but also dispatched it quickly. I'd happily recommend them to others.

Products are OK, but was delayed by two months from promised delivery date (three months including COVID shutdown). Different excuse for delivery every time and kept promising would be delivered next week. Led to significant supply chain issues - would have been better if we were told that they could not been supplied as Rotaform took our cash payment up front so we could not source elsewhere.

Thank you Marlie at Promax for the excellent customer service she provided. Always a pleasure to deal with, she makes it so easy. Well done Promax!!!

Fantastic range of plastic containers for food manufacturers or just household needs. I believe this is a factory store so prices are very competitive.Theres parking outside and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.Give their website a look to see what they have or pop in.

Good honest company

Great service - these guys know their stuff!

Had one of their large size toolboxes arrive with just plastic wrapping and no other protection. The result being that all the corners looked very secondhand with the wrapping ripped off the corners and the Toolbox looking ugly.. I mentioned it to the company and sent pictures but they refused to do anything about it. Have a look at some of the feedbacks and you will see a pattern whereby if you have a problem, they will talk themselves up and do nothing to help, so you are left unhappy.I left the wrapping on the package to protect what I could because I wasn't going to install it straight away.This will there be our first and last order as I have some pride in my finished products.UPDATE: Anyone can see that I had contacted the company so the below email is not correct!They from the very beginning had no intention of doing anything. The courier company was not hanging around during the busy lockdown period.
