This bus transfer station is excellent, with convenient facilities. Each restroom is independent and user-friendly, and there is no charge for their use. The dispersed seating arrangement creates a relaxed atmosphere in the waiting area, and international power outlets are available for charging electronic devices. Nearby, there is a supermarket for those looking to browse. The station's appearance and structure are stunning, with clear signage and a comfortable environment. The quality of the space is outstanding, making it an ideal place to take a rest after a shopping trip.

Why do Metro buses not follow bus routes which presumably are approved as suitable for buses. More and more Metro buses are using Walford Rd a side street with humps and a primary school as a 'short cut' to Coyle Park instead of using Pt Chev Rd. Why?

Generally great service thanks. Using Chinese truck chasis was the wrong choice: too rough a ride. Not happy about most of the busses becoming the same teal color. Who decided that? Unlikely to be a bus user. Passengers need to easily identify which bus is coming or about to leave. Please do NOT make busses the same color. Thanks.

I rate there drivers a ZERO!The amount of times I have been cut off, pushed off the road and witnessed them hit other vehicles is beyond ridicules, they have no respect for others on the roads and are VERY rude when confronted.They also continue to pack and block our drive way in Blockhouse Bay on the daily, after multiple complaints and warnings NOTHING has been done, very unprofessional.

My son and i have no car so we rely on the buses for everything and i find it a wonderful service and i we miss a bus no panic there will be another. Leave home with enough time for appointments best be early,,, I feel sorry for some drivers get abused by passengers,,,,,,,,,,,hello it is not necessary.

Decent service but really need to update their 'livetracker' service so it operates over wifi rather than radio. Constantly makes me and many others miss the bus because it provides inaccurate times which can reach ridiculous lengths if you're in a certain part of town E.g. Sumner. ECan needs to acknowledge that people depend on this service to get to work etc. Why should we jepardise our jobs because metro is unable to provide the cornerstone of a good transport provider - An accurate schedule.

I drop off my friend who dog sits for us. She likes to catch her bus from here as its warm and dry plus there's food places all close by to grab a snack.
