I made a purchase online and had no communication for 2 weeks when it will be shipped etc. I persisted to contact them as I was concerned via email and phone, and as I had no reply tried my luck on their facebook page. Finally I had a response, and my items were shipped. Nearly 3 weeks after ordering, the items were received. Happy with the items, but very poor communication.

The best service I have ever experienced for printer repair or replacement. I've used their service multiple times for issues related to the toner, and basic fuctionality of the printer, and they have always sorted the issue out efficiently and throroughly. Strongly recommend them for any range of printer issues or faults.
