Missed my bus because my bus had no display on it saying which stop it was for, the drivers were surrounded by customers and drivers were starting to snap at enquiring customers. This whole station seems to turn into a total mess when it gets remotely busy. There's no announcements on arrivals, it's expected that you just hassle every driver as soon as they get off the bus if you don't know if it's yours or not. An absolute mess and joke of a system. Intercity charged me more to get the next bus. I don't know how they don't get more complaints. This place is so disorganised lol.

A great spot where you can go fishing, launch your boat at the boat ramp. It's also a great place to view Auckland City day and night. There is also the Bayswater Marina where you can Park and Ride a ferry to the city or if you'd prefer you can catch a bus to the marina and then a ferry to town. There is also some fabulous walking tracks in the area.So much you can do, so come and enjoy our little slice of heaven.

Supposed to be every 20 minutes. Bus didn't arrive and the next bus waited until 10.20am. Missed a connection. If I'd known I would have taken other transport.

Easy ride both ways - Akl to Tauranga and return 3 days later. Comfortable, clean, and delightful company with Shiney - thanks to drivers, too for the safe journey, especially Bronwyn in the rain. Return to Akl ahead of schedule. Thanks to all concerned.

After 12 admissions to NSH and Auckland City Hospital, this year, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. They work hard under trying circumstances, in spite of their personal challenges, and have been unfailingly gracious and kind. I thank God for our hospital system in NZ. Linden W.

Left my child behind on the school run. They say no child left behind. Until its your child left behind. It's not easy trying to find the number and then you hey hey attitude from the help desk that there's nothing they can do! How about you NOT leave a child behind!
