Ours experience with Metalier has been shocking: wrong coating finish, recoated correct finish, soon cracking, recoated again correct finish but wrong colour, recoated in correct finish in correct colour and then soon cracking again.They then offered us to recoat it again with no guarantee or take a refund.We accepted the refund offer even more so as our builder had another bad experience with them on another job and Metalier had to redo it. After a reminder and being told we were put on the debtors register" last year still have not received it

Turned up at 4:30 to ask some questions about sand casting and if they sell brazing wire. I was really excited to talk to them because it looks like they did interesting stuff.I made a joke and was told and I quote Im not interested in talking to you I want to go home.' The sign on the gate says open till 5 so I felt like it was an okay time to visit. I have no idea what their products or services are like because despite asking they weren't interested in talking to me. When I said I was actually interested in purchasing stuff from them the said they didn't care. I can be a bit shy and awkward around people but I really hope none of their other customers have experienced this. Was a real 1 star end to my day."
