We recently bought 4 dining chairs for our home... after much researching online, we were impressed by the options available at such reasonable prices! When the chairs were delivered, we discovered one of them didn't quite assemble as well as the others. Nick & Jess were amazing to deal with and sent us a replacement chair at no cost (and asked to keep the defective" chair)!The quality of the chairs is great and we love how they make our house feel a little more like "home"! We will definitely be shopping here again and also recommending Cintesi to our friends. Thanks

Worst in communication and very very poor customer service, never ever coming back and guys please check carefully before you order online or paying for a service online as they failed to provide us with product we ordered in February 2021 and dragged us with reasons and ending up in getting a refund. this refund was done today 31st May 2021. not even worried about anything just simply they gave the refund and the pain is with us as customers waiting and believing on their false promises. Don't even deserve a star

First experience of Cintessi and they have exceeded expectation. Not only do I love my chairs, but how refreshing to deal with an online furniture store who actually behaves like an online store, rather than what I have come across a lot recently which is stores which sell online but, their delivery remains stuck in their brick and mortar system. (Yes, I’m talking to you Freedom..among others).  ‘It’s shipped out from Auckland and will be in Christchurch in 2 weeks and then we can deliver it to you within 7 days’ being a common theme!    So a big thank you and I will be recommending you to everyone.

Had a great retail experience here. A showroom where everything is easily visible, I was looked after as soon as I walked in, had a good chat and laugh after the sale and walked out smiling.

Love the Monte Carlo Queen size sofa bed that we bought. It has turned our spare room into a second living room / 4th bedroom. The quality is really good. Nice and comfortable to sleep/sit on. Easy pull out sofa bed and love having the extra storage for pillows and blankets
