Rude customer service. I have a mask exemption, they made me feel unwelcomed. Only customer in the store, help not offered to busy talking to each other. I did ask for help it was given, but felt they just wanted me out of their. I won't be back.

I very seldom write reviews however I feel the need to let this company know how amazing both their customer service and their equipment is. If I could add an extra star I would. I live overseas and was concerned about the international transaction, however not only was I helped with all my queries but also with patience and detailed knowledge of their product. I would 100 % recommend this company for all your needs. My equipment arrived in pristine order and I will definitely order from them again.

Very user-friendly website. The customer service was exceptional. I needed instructions on setting up my telescope and my phone conversation was with a well informed technician named Terrie who patiently instructed me until completion.

Bought a deus 2 rc unit from their website. Received an email saying they didn't have it in stock. I asked about an eta and was told they didn't have one. Cancelled the order. A day later the same item is listed on their site as in stock but $459 more expensive. I sent an email expressing my disdain and it changed to 'out of stock'. Not a trustworthy company based on this experience. Won't be using them again.

Super friendly and honest advice. Never felt that they were pushing me to buy the expensive stuff. Very knowledgeable and gave me the pros and cons of the models I was looking at.

Went there looking for gifts for infants but was not successful. However, the two women staff were very kind and hospitable though I did not purchase anything there. A good place to check out if you are looking for gifts especially for children.
