Google maps took me to the wrong address (Stafford st instead of Rattray). Now out of time to buy bee card. Not happy.

There's a video online from the 4th of May of a man coming into the building exercising his rights and he was physically accosted and treated aggressively by a member of your staff. Awful behaviour and doesn't reflect well on you guys as an organisation.

23/3/2017Can I send a big thank you to the staff at your bus division who helped retrieve my bag that I left behind on the bus ( no: 19 Belleknowes to Waverly ) this morning. I was very distressed and when i rang the gentleman on the phone was so helpful. He contacted the bus driver immediately and the bus driver took the time to look for the bag . They rang me back to reassure me they had the bag. Then the lady who drove to the bus , collected my bag and dropped it to my work place at the hospital knowing it had some important items were so kind andaccommodating. Well done and thank you again to your staff for a wonderful service.Kind regardsCarol Fitzgerald

ORC operates arguably the least reliable bus service I have ever known. They don't stick to schedule, don't pick up passengers running at the bus waving (20m from the stop) and are generally far beyond other cities. It's unfortunate as I'd love to support public transport more.
