Fusion restaurant

One of the best dates I've had with my partner because of the experiences my partner and I have both had. Service was elite, Super Friendly and helpful with picking spice levels and flavours. Food was extremely fresh and Hot. Very clean and tidy highly highly recommend. Traveled 2hrs for Nandos and was worth every cent!

- Waited 1H 20M for food- Friends same table had theirs in 20 mins- Told they had 1 1/2 chickens left, then proceeded to sell 5 more chickens to customers behind.- Staff completely out of it- Manger rude and no care what so ever- Chicken under cooked, zero grill marks, looked boiled- Messed up our orders- Staggered receiving of orders, friend had chicken come 20 mins in then fries 1 hour later.- Arrived at 7:30 left just past 9pm, only ever about 4 tables of people- Only used 1/4 of grill, kitchen was completly quite looked to nor be busy at all.- Manger didnt know if to refund so asked for bank account number and we just had to trust they would refund usWent in at 7:30 with 3 friends, all 4 of us were in the line with several people behind. First 2 friends ordered no issue then when myself and my other friend were ordering they received an online order, they left the till and left us standing there for 5 or so mins, then came back and told us we were going to have to wait 45 mins for our food and that they only had 1 1/2 chickens left. we had no choice and said ok as our other friends on the table had already ordered and paid. 1 hour and 20 mins later still didn't have food and everyone in the line behind me had received their orders including at least 4 more entire chickens which was funny cause they told us they only had 1 1/2 left, my other 2 friends had finished their meals about an hour ago, went up several times and they literally had nothing to say, would complain and ask how much longer and they would just blank stare at me, we could see into the kitchen and for some reason they only ever had about 1/4 of the grill going and they other 3 grills were cleaned probably to make closing easier. After going up and asking about 5 times my food finally came, fries were luke warm and chicken had zero grill marks (i know they have the chickens pre cooked and then chuck on the grill to get the final sear, guessing they had forgot about me and after the 5th time asking they quickly chucked my chicken on) after all this time my other friend who received his meal early still hadn't gotten his fries, so he went up and the manger said oh do you want your fries now" this was an hour after he had finished his meal haha he said yes please and sat down

I used to live Nandos as a kid, but now that I know they are supporting the suffering of chickens at their stores - I won’t be back until this changes.

Nice place, delicious chicken with hot peri-peri, corn is also good as a side, reasonable price for three people sharing a whole chicken with one side.

Restaurant is in a premium location but might as well been in a back alley.Despite not being overly busy multiple tables uncleared and left dirty. Told would be a 25minute wait and they only had one server on who was on the til.Food was meh, chips cold, thin piece of chicken.I expect better for the price and location than what was received. Plenty of other options in the town square which is what I would recommend.

Good food, warm atmosphere, good service and very friendly staff. Recommend.

7pm Wednesday night. Walk in.No chicken, no halloumi, no spicy rice.Just under $30 for a burger with drink and fries with a shared plate of 4 boneless thighs. ($60 for 2 people).Lots of fries, kumara chips were nice, but chicken in the blat wasn't great and thighs were tiny.Plates just put on the table without telling us what anything was ( mixed ours up with another party at our table).Nandos sadly became a Nandont

I had a superb dinner here with my partner and friends. We ordered chow mein samosas, a vegan sizzler plate (i.e. food served on a hot metal plate), and a veganised Chinese pizza. Everything was delicious and full of flavour, with big servings (the sizzler plate and pizza are both big enough for two people - great value).We particularly liked the huge variety on the sizzler plate, which included two massive skewers, flavoured rice, tons of veg, and potato wedges!I also really enjoyed the fusion menu: the combinations are fun and work really well (who doesn't want noodles on their pizza!), and meant that all the food was packed with flavour.The cocktail menu is extremely boring - this place deserves better - but the decor is fashionable and stylish and the staff were attentive and considerate. Definitely worth the visit!

A magnificent experience. Proust, in À la recherche du temps perdu"

Food tasted good as per usual, however there were 3 teenagers running the place, the tables and floor were disgustingly dirty, and the staff members took 20 minutes to clean 1 table. Someone went up and had to ask for their table to be wiped after a staff member cleared it and left crumbs everywhere. Rubbish all over the floor, and staff standing around in kitchen talking. Also no duty manager on site to sell alcohol. Won’t be back!
