I purchased a shed and was promised next day delivery to set it up. The transport company failed to deliver and I was unable to get it setup so I cancelled the delivery. Hercules Store then gave me a full refund for the mess around. I had to go with another option but the staff did try their best.Highly recommended and I will go through them again if needed.

We recently purchased outdoor garden furniture from your store in Tauriko, Tauranga. We are thrilled with the quality of the furniture and the cushions really do dry quickly after rain. The furniture is comfortable and light to move. (Ask Kat how to release the foam!)Kat was amazing; cheerful and helpful; she went the second mile in accommodating us in every way. She searched for a suitable coffee table for us and even personally delivered seat covers to our home when requested. They have an excellent selection of high quality outdoor furniture. We bought a 3m x 4m freestanding louvre roofed pergola in white. We are delighted with the quality and finish of the structure and with its ease of assembly. Installation took just over a day with all parts being of a high quality and an excellent fit. Everything went together exactly as it should and the finished product looks amazing! We recently ordered a replacement cover for our large cantilever umbrella, Lifestyle was the only company with them. They sent it to us in Auckland, however the courier lost the package. After numerous calls to the courier, we contacted the team at Lifestyle, they immediately offered a replacement at no charge or courier fee which arrived two days later. Great customer service and highly recommend the team at Lifestyle.
