Super friendly and helpful staff! Way better than the horrid chartwell specsavers branch. Would not recommened the chartwell branch at all. Go to the base branch for a much better experience.Thank you for your work team!

Stellar support via Ryan for a request to repair my glasses which I had purchased here 2-3 years ago. It was nice to receive such a pleasant, indeed enthusiastic, response to solve the problem at hand, which he got sorted super quickly. This is how a business retains customers.

I had a nice experience with my yearly eye-test at OPSM. One factor is that my vision is good and so I am happy with the results. The second factor is that Chloe (the optometrist) was very professional and kind.I always appreciate the quality work they do with eye tests.

The store manager Carla provides a terrible customer experience. From the first interaction, you can tell she’s not there to help.A few examples:Calls me up a day prior my eye check to ask me if it’s ok a graduate student and a optometrist checked my eyes at the same time.I said ok because I wanted to help the student. But when I showed up it turns out it was only the student that will be doing the eye test. I had to say no.Instead of explaining the product to you, she puts a video in front of you and expects you to watch it.She doesn’t provide you with the full information, I only found out that I could’ve got Rayban lenses with my Rayban frames because the lenses she pushed for was straining my eyes. When I went back to talk about the lenses straining my eyes, she asked me to wait, but all she was doing was standing there looking at what her other colleague was doing.Even though she said she would give me a call back in a few days, I had to call up for an update. Didn’t hear from her about a week later, at that point this was getting too much for me and I felt like giving up.Overall I would say the experience was terrible. I only gave an extra star because she tried to make it right and the final time I went back the other lady provided a better customer experience.

I know the word is overused, because people will describe a good eggs bene this way, but my SMILE procedure with Dr Kent was lifechanging. A week on from my surgery and I'm blown away with the quality of life improvement. Thank you so much Dr Kent and team!
