I've been to Premeir Hairdressing College several times for haircuts and for color. I am always happy with the quality of the work and have been very pleased with the pricing of services. What is sometimes frustrating is how very long it takes. Even when I have an appointment and show up 5 minutes before that appointment time I am often kept waiting 15 to 20 minutes before I am taken back. Then once the work begins it is very slow since the stylists are in training and must have their mentor double check their work at each stage. Don't get me wrong, I am GRATEFUL for this attention to detail and I am confident that is exactly why their finished work is nicely done. But a simple cut and color can easily take an entire morning to complete rather than the 2 hrs I would spend for the same services elsewhere. If you are in a hurry, better go somewhere else. However, if you have the time and patience for it, this is a great place on the northshore for getting hair done at a very affordable cost.

Manpreet at Vivo Takanini did an exceptional job on my hair. I entered the salon with damaged, brassy hair, and left feeling like a million bucks. The color work was beautiful, and the haircut perfectly complemented the shape of my face. The stylists at Vivo are incredibly knowledgeable, and I noticed that they all prioritize listening to their customers' needs, which is crucial. They have a professional demeanor and a keen sense of color and cuts. I want to express my gratitude to Manpreet and the entire Vivo team. I will definitely be returning soon.

Going into the course I thought I could classify myself as a “self taught” makeup artist. I soon learnt after my first day at KSSM that I was wrong.KSSM is a one of a kind Makeup School in Australasia! I studied with Kristen in 2010 on the full time 8 week course. The course was a huge eye opener to a new world of makeup. The valuable skills I learnt from Kristen, as a skilled professional, were beyond exceptional.Kristen provides such a great environment for her students to learn in and she is constantly providing us with endless opportunities, even after graduating.Not only did we learn about makeup, we also got taught hair basics, which was a huge bonus.Almost ten years on, KSSM is still providing me with incredible opportunities and supporting me with everything I do.I couldn’t recommend KSSM more highly to anyone. There is no school like it!!!

Nasim is amazing! So friendly and welcoming, I did a walk-in facile, face massage & Henna eye brow tint all up $170, really pleased. Nasim is super experienced, not only does she put you at ease and takes the time to listen, she also used the most beautiful products. I'm really pleased with the results of the henna tint $40. Thanks Nasim, you're the best!
