I had an intermittent problem with my bike. The other bike-shop was completely unhelpful but Sam at Torpedo 7 was great! He did some work on it that day, since I was travelling. When I rode it later the problem was still there. When I went back he happily worked on it some more, straight away, at no charge.

It's OK. Staff very helpful but seemed lacking in stock? They had a single burner butane stove with a hot plate but very expensive. Walked along to Supercheap Autos - they had the 2 burner butane stove with hotplate for less money.

I have waited for a click and collect order for more than a week and still waiting. Even after calling them a couple of times all they give is excuses and not a confirmation date. Would be my first and last order!

Came on a Sunday. There was one retail assistant trying to keep everything afloat due to COVID staff shortages (Isaac may have been his name). He did a great job at managing the queue, but also maintaining great customer service whilst we awaited the manager to approve our purchase :)
