Mossop's Honey Office/Factory
Do not go more than 10 minutes out of you way to visit unless you want something, (the products are nice but quite expensive as you would expect) but the live bee display is quite disappointing, especially if you have seen a bee colany behind glass before. In the information room there was a video that wasn't working and the lights are on a timer so they kept going off which was a bit annoying. Disappointing and I'm glad we were driving past anyway.

Huka Honey Hive
The store is quite large with products ranging from cosmetics and supplements to honey and mead. Lots of knickknacks and other giftware too. I asked to taste some mead and honey which pushed my visit to about 30-45minutes. Unfortunately there were no workshops Or educational sessions taking place when I visited.There is an abundance of car parks or a 10minute walk to the nearby cafe.All the staff were super lovely and genuinely interested in their business.

Awesome products. Brilliant service. I have an aunt with bowel cancer who had to have a tooth removed during chemo. Manuka 10+ seemed to help her wound site heal up. Ordering the 25+ which tastes a bit like medicine but should perform like medicine. Great business with an awesome natural product. Cheers, Nethaniel.
