High Alter!! Small business owners don't use this company, this company will sign you on long term contract if you sell or shut down your business they will still charge you for the whole term period. I got stuck for 3 years and lost $1800. They are dodgy and a big rip off

I work at an automotive repair shop and these guys were my go too. But seems phones take ages to get answered, sometimes leave messages and no one gets back to me. Or if they do it is hours later, too late as we need our customers cars done and gone, so instead I have to ring your competition. Sad because the guys I have felt with there a great. Just takes ages now fought to here back from anyone. If things improve, then I will review this review.Update I have decided to go from a 3 star to one star.. Some of their new Parts stuff is very rude. Highly recommend to go to South Auckland Motors where stuff provides service with a smile.

I wish I could not give a star to them.I though that THL - Britz was one of the best tourism company in NZ, but is better look for another one.Terrible service, got a motorhome that suddenly broke down in the motorway just one and half hour from Auckland branch.We got ourselves - with two toddlers - abandoned late night in an unknown city without a place to stay. Took 24h to replace another motorhome to us and again the same problem - engine lights on, brake due, service due, etc, etc, etc.In summary, we got from THL TWO Britz motorhomes in unsafe conditions plus we meet their unfriendly, unhappy and unhelpful team.We decided to just finish our holiday trip earlier because we lost our time, money and got super stressed. Not recommended at all.

Don't go anywhere near this company! Use Pay clip instead! Terribly bad customer service, they will sting you any way they can. I rung up twice to see when my contract finished and they told me I had to wait a year which was fine, so when it was time to finish the contract, they kept on charging me fees, because their staff had provided incorrect info to me. Agree with everyone else all about the money and no customer service, good luck dealing with the Manager who can't understand English or read notes and the CEO doesnt take phone calls!

New phone system is hopeless and does not work properly. Takes 10min to actually get through as it won't ring. Over a decade dealing with John Andrew in Penrose and now it's one place I want to avoid. Staff are great, new phone system is hopeless.

We started a small business 7 years ago and chose to go with someone local for our eftpos services. The interactions with the company was initially pleasant, however things changed dramatically once we needed to end our contract. We decided to sell our business and the new owners decided not to continue to use Eftpos Central as their provider. We had a contract with Technology Holdings (which partner with Eftpos Specialists/Central around New Zealand) which had a few months left remaining. Because we no longer needed their service, we wanted to see if we could negotiate a middle term to settle the remaining months. They were very unhelpful, didn't return multiple calls (and interestingly had no record of the previous calls) and finally after weeks of persistence, we ended up speaking with the CEO of the company. It was incredible that we were able to even reach him and there was clearly no protocols in place to provide any customer service on this matter. We were refused all negotiations at every turn and after weeks, ended up conceding and paying the entire remaining contract - basically paying them for six months that they will never provide. Ultimately, it was a very unpleasant experience that ruined what was once a good business relationship. We would not recommend using their service for any other small business.

The phone system is enough to put anyone off trying to contact any branch under the Eagers umbrella.

The worst people to deal with. We got an eftpos terminal 3 years ago from them. We closed the business within 2 months. We emailed the guy who we got the eftpos terminal from, twice or thrice in terms of returning the eftpos terminal ,but he never replied.Now after three years we got an email from rml collections that we have defaulted.After asking for any proof that they can provide us in terms of they tried contacting us in terms of payment, they had no answer. And their finance department blamed on us and were not ready to give any answers. They were extremely rude and unprofessional.Overall a disaster.

I concur with all the other negative reviews of this company. Avoid Technology Holdings like the plague. The unsuspecting customer gets locked in to a four year contract at double what the competition charges for the same product and their management provide zero customer service. Worst possible service I have ever encountered. I find it amazing that they are still in business.

This company is a total scam... no service at all after signing up, when opting out, no one sending you reminder of the last invoice of confirmation.. then they still charge you from Direct Debit...
