Wild Oats Farm
We had such a lovely experience visiting Wild Oats Farm. Kirsty and her team are friendly and helpful. The horse trek was a great experience and affordable for our family of six and we all felt safe and comfortable on the horses. We enjoyed spending time and feeding the other animals at the farm - cockatoo, peacocks, pigs, alpacas, donkeys, sheep, chickens, rabbits, Guinea pigs, cows, dogs. We would definitely come back to visit!

Kiwi Valley Farm Park
We loved our time here! Such a well run farm park with friendly staff, and all of the animals seemed really chilled out compared to some other places we’ve been to. Animal food is included in the admission price. My toddler was probably a bit too young to appreciate everything, but he seemed to enjoy the tractor ride and pony ride…. maybe? The on-site cafe is excellent too, and well equipped for families with young children. Highly recommend visiting!

Waimak River Riding Centre Limited
Went to experience beginners horse trekking to the waimak river. The view of the river is stunning and the professionalism of the trainer by Ms Sacha and team have do much assurance for our team after we climbed into the horse and started riding. It was all worth the experience for those who wants to experience riding a horse. Recommended

Nice folks, daughter loved her ride. Very much an amateur club with club members (kids) helping out so don't expect city service". Wear gumboots! Send kid off on a ride and go next door and have great food and coffee at Upshot."

Kiwi Valley Farm Park
We loved and enjoyed our first visit here! Kids had a blast, there was so much fun to see and do I’m glad we chose this place and it was a bonus we visited on a Sunday they had live entertainment to top it off. Loved it very much definitely a great family day out
