Waited for over 40mins in line today to activate a new company credit card and the staff where not helpful at all. Seriously terrible service that needs to be looked into.I'm glad I'm not a customer here.

Terrible service here.Outside cash machine constantly broken not taking deposits.Only allowing 2 customers inside at a time, other stood outside in the rain for over 10 minutes.Can see a working ATM instide but they won’t let people in to use it.

Nightmare everytime ive been in it is always at less a 30 minute wait,very slow,staff are unsure how to deal with what the customers are wanting and has to call the 1 supervisor that is helping all 3 team members out what kinda of service is this? I wish I knew why they don't put on extra tills? And WHY do they leave the withdrawal papers at the till? That's a longer wait for customers behind us as we have to fill it out at the till knowing we have already waited longer enough service needs a huge improvement

This ATM is terrible.Its eaten my card, and twice said I can't withdraw because ive reached my daily limit (far from it). Although Im not a BNZ customer, so maybe I cant talk..
