Amazing service and good deals. I came in to buy Livall Helmet and got a good bargain. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Website is great to navigate.

Édit: I have received a refund after posting this bad review and emailing them. I will say that the customer service and return policy need to be revised completely. There are one too many cases of faulty products being sold in this store and way too many cases just like mine. It should not have taken this much effort to get a refund. Thank you for finally resolving the issue but it doesn’t take away from the fact that something needs to change.Tech crazy is a scam. Don’t go here unless you want faulty cheap products and a terrible refund and warranty policy. I bought a power bank and after two weeks of having it, it stopped charging completely. The refund policy is within 7 days which is too short of a time to find out if electronic goods work or not. Which I’m guessing it’s that way to scam you out of your money. If I spend $39 on a product I expect it to work for more than two weeks. I did click and collect and the only way to even “fix” the product is to ship it to them which takes time and money for a simple power bank when I live 10 minutes from the tech crazy I initially bought it from and could look at it themselves in person. If I could give zero stars I would. You’re better off going to PBtech.

If I could give a 0 star I would.Almost a month with no product received, poor communication and Jason who appears to run the company is telling me Covid-19 is fake and this is the reason my product hasn't arrived

Purchases galaxy buds for my partner for christmas, they arrived faulty and I sent them back to get repaired. Their warranty says it will take up to 21 working days for the item to be repaired and it has now been over that time period. I have emailed twice about the buds, first email said that they would request an update from the technicians" (i never got a reply after that). The second email i requested a refund

I dropped my a/v reciever off & was told 3-5 days repair time & the total cost. 5 working days later i got a phone call saying it was ready for pickup & there were no hidden" charges.
