Highly recommend. Really helpful to be able to get equipment serviced and repaired. Prices highly competitive too. Bought a pump. They had a great economical option and I turned down the high spec Honda. Used it and abused it. Clogged the carburetor with old fuel and froze and cracked pump housing in winter Ruapehu. Took it back to the Penrose branch for repairs and servicing. Each time great value repair turned around in about a day to put me back in business.
