I bought an energy boost juice for $8, I was given the wrong drink so I asked for the right drink. It was remade, however I went to take a sip and saw it was full of dirt. Thank goodness it was a see through cup, I took off the lid and saw that the whole top layer of my drink was dirt. I took my drink back for a second time and they denied it was dirt, and would not refund my money. I believe the dirt was put in my drink out of spite for them making the wrong drink in the first place. I will never go to tank again and gave bought this up with head office.

Stood at the counter for about 5 mins before being looked at, the girl working there looked at me before started making a salad, tossed the salad as slowly as possible and then turns around to me and goes.. just so you know I close in 10 mins. So I said its fine I'll wait and she pretty much brushed me off by saying yeah I still have two other drinks to make, this is not the first time they didn't want my service !! Horrible as a customer service representative myself I would not recommend this place at all

Fast and friendly service. I have never been to Tank before, so I asked the girl (Lauren , I think her name was) for recommendations. She was very helpful and explained the differences in the smoothies and juices for me. I finally decided on the All berry tank. It was Delicious. I recommend it to my family, so they went down that day and purchased 3 other ones to try. Fantastic service, I highly recommend you give it a try.

The most amazing meals I've had in a long time!! The flavours were not overpowering but made the dishes really exciting.Best vegan restaurant we've been to in ages. Will have to come from Sydney again!!Service and atmosphere is great!!

TANK Chartwell- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps
Ordered a full strawberry lush with a shot for $10.90. They yell out “strawberry lush”, I go up and start drinking it and they look at me hesitating. Another girl walks up looking confused and I go “oh this must be hers” I try to return it because I specifically ordered, asked and paid for the extra shot but they refuse and insist it’s the same batch? 5 minutes later they give her my drink. They stare at me weirdly when I explain it wasn’t what I ordered. Horrible customer service.
