The Fono Northcote is very effective in providing support to me and my whanau. They empowered and encouraged me to build confidence and further strength to carry out and stay focused on the goal (a better outcome for my whanau/Priority the children). This led to less involvement of the state than anticipated and felt like our whanau were more in control of the situation/arrangement and had a voice. The follow through with the support for my family from our social worker in particular (Awesome Woman who will not be named. Will call her Agent K) has made a huge impact on my whanau. We could not have been given anyone better. This helped us pave the best environment/future we could possibly provide for the children. Thank you the Fono! Thank you Agent K!

I don't know where to begin. Family center saved my life. When I first arrived, I was a broken shell of a person. The angels in nurse outfits really care and gave me the support I needed. Although I still have a long road ahead of me, to know that I can go to family center any day, is comforting. They gave me the tools to cope and referred me to more support.

Absolutely amazing place! Fantastic service for parents with children under 2 years old. The staff have so much experience and are very helpful and kind, just the absolute best place ever!
