Driver's license office

Popped in to book my license, was lucky enough to meet Josh who was kind enough to sort out all my insurance needs, easy process, great deal, very happy customer, thanks again mate, appreciate the top notch service.

AA Buchan St, are a wonderful bunch of humans.The security and reception staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.The driver instructor I saw was very helpful, informative, and kind.He listened to me, and gave me practical advice, while teaching me vital skills for driving, in a practical way!I will always go through this branch!Keep up the good work team!Kind regardsNicole Barrett

Not acceptable. This business has no reason to make things better because who else do we go to for our licence situations? Exactly. We are expected to wait 1 hour+ in line. No seats but standing there for an hour while 20+ of us in que wait for the 2 people working here to tend to everyone. It's a joke and needs to be investigated

The worst customer service ever, on Saturday, people waiting for more than half an hour but still no service at this counter due to went on lunch break, but got no one covered.

Driver licencing staff here are excellent, but come prepared for a long wait - I spent an hour in the queue (Monday late morning) and was told that's how busy it usually is for them. Once I got to the counter, the staff member was really fast, efficient and very pleasant to deal with - 5 stars for the staff, just the long wait time that brings it down. Porirua's driver licencing demands seem to exceed their capacity - a few more staff and it'd be perfect.

I sent my sons up to the Orewa branch of the AA to sit their driver’s license, they were very friendly and interacted well with my boys. They were very clear at the end about everything they had done well and where improvements were needed, which was great for me as their mum to hear. Highly recommend, we are from the North Shore

on the 20/07/22 i had to visit the a a centre in oamaru, i renewed my license,registered my car and even joined the a a. the service i recieved was really excellent, it was great to be greeted by 3 happy ladies who made my day a whole lot better thank you

The ladies are great, always under pressure, the planning of your office is terrible! With the population growth of the city one would think planning has allowed for the extra required services.its not a good look that it's the brown girls always under pressure, while the 2 white ladies are relaxing at the front if the office pretending to be busy, interfering with the ladies under pressure all day giving off the impression they're the people in charge where all they're doing is selling insurance, an absolute shocker look for the people of Porirua, your planning & design of the building is a major failure for the people of Porirua.

I needed to renew rego, a 2 min job. Waited in line for 15 minutes before being told oh sorry we are closing soon. Go to riccarton or rangiora instead. It is 11:15am on a Friday.Second time I have been here, they were just as useless the first time.
