Nice store with good selection of product but service could be improved, they are not fond of enquires only on sales, I found that not all the staff can order things without going to someone higher up the food chain, which is time consuming and annoying.

Visiting from Queesntown, after checking out a bunch of other shops round chch. By far one of the best vibes and range in town, chatted with the owner for a good half hour and were made to feel super welcome. Will certainly come back.

This is because they have so many different shapes and sizes of bikes, you're likely to be matched with something that fits your body size and budget. You're likely to be sold something that actually works for you, not just what the salesmen are trying to get rid of. That said, be firm on what you want with any dealership.

Second visit just now to buy a Ducati jacket, was totally ignored, again. Will buy it from Wellington now like the new $40k Multistrada I purchased three months ago the first time they ignored me LOL!

These folk are superb. Made it very easy to do business and went out of their way to sort out my bike and the other bits and pieces I got from them. Jason, Amos, Josh, Mike, Alicia and the rest of team are real people people and if you need what they've got, go and see them as they will go out of their way to show you what true customer service is all about.Highly recommended.

Casbolts allowed me to store my bike, free of charge, at their workshop until it could be collected for transport to the North Island.They have excellent shop and I bought a great pair of weatherproof gloves for very good price.Highly recommended for all things motorcycle.
