Fantastic service with very caring and dedicated staffs. I personally recommend Dr. Fergus Oliver as he was the one who treated my beard loss problem and cured it after 10 years!

There is no option for no star. I am a pensioner. I travelled from out of area to see this person. I had been told my appointment would be 30 minutes and cost $160. I was seen for precisely 15 minutes and charged $250. I had more information about my condition from my own reading. This woman thinks she is Entitled to charge a pensioner at a rate of $1000 per hour. I received no special treatments or biopsies to justify this extraordinary price. I did not need the above but the price and the sense of entitlement is the issue here. This is the behaviour of a predator.and not what you expect when you attend a doctor in good faith. It was quite clear that she had no interest in doing her job and for that reason had not a clue as to what the issue was. I always said what makes a good doctor is discipline and goodwill. This woman has neither.

Good quick visit. The doctor sounds like an experienced dermatologist. I was a bit skeptical after reading a couple of reviews here but turns out he is good. Just to clarify, I didn't have any treatment done, just asked him about couple of concerning spots. He explained things thoroughly, then gave me the chance to choose whether I want to treat them. I chose not to, as they were not harmful. The 3 out of 5 is mainly because of the rude impolite lady on the reception, who needs to learn some customer service principles.

Modern facility, friendly specialists. Went for a free spot check, had to book a month in advance and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time, but the appointment itself only took a few seconds.Would recommend going if you have any moles that you are concerned about! The clinic is located on Level 2 of the Eye Institute.

I've been a patient of Dr Elizabeth Baird now for quite some years and feel I'm in very capable hands. I would recommend you make an appointment with her if you have any doubts about your skin as it's always good to get a starting point.
